We are looking for an Executive Cafe HRBP to partner with our cafe operations and drive people-related initiatives across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Cafe Managers and Area Managers on HR and employee-related matters.
Handle employee grievances, attendance, performance and HR operations.
Conduct regular caf visits and ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
Track key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, absenteeism and hiring.
Support performance management, employee relations and HR initiatives.
Drive diversity, inclusion and other people-focused programs.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B;, QSR, retail or hospitality.
Solid communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on, people-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced workplace.
Willingness to travel across caf locations.
