Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Hospital Typist to handle typing, documentation, data entry, and administrative support activities in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and type hospital documents, reports, letters, certificates, and other official correspondence.
Enter and update patient, departmental, and administrative data accurately.
Prepare medical and administrative documents as instructed by doctors and hospital departments.
Maintain proper records, files, and documentation.
Handle day-to-day typing and documentation requirements of the assigned department.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for required documents.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all assigned work.
Perform data entry and maintain electronic and physical records.
Assist with other administrative and documentation-related tasks as required.

Requirements
Qualification:



Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.
Hospital experience is mandatory.
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare organization will be required.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
Positive English typing and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain patient and hospital information confidentially.
Candidates with experience in hospital documentation and medical terminology will be preferred.

Positive knowledge of hospital procedures and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, punctual, and organized approach to work.
