Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of current hires.
Coordinate with interviewers, candidates, and other stakeholders to schedule interviews and manage logistics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders (e.g., hiring managers) and external partners (e.g., candidates).
Solid understanding of HR operations, including recruitment management and interview scheduling.
