Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
Manage HR Operations including attendance, leave, onboarding, employee records, and documentation.
Coordinate with department heads and business teams for recruitment and manpower requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention activities.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes at the Assam location.
Coordinate closely with the Head Office HR team on recruitment, HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee matters.
Coordinating Training and Development Initiatives.
Responsible for Performance Management Appraisals
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate shall be from Assam
Speaking Assamese and Hindi is mandatory
Age between 30 to 40 Years
Required Frequent Travel among Chirang, Dimahasao and Biswanath.
