Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily inventory operations and ensure accurate stock records.
Monitor physical vs. system inventory and investigate discrepancies.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for FMCG products.
Supervise inward, putaway, picking, dispatch, and stock movement activities.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
Monitor GRN, RTV, stock adjustments, and inventory reconciliation.
Identify inventory variances and drive RCA & corrective actions.
Coordinate with Supply chain Team.
Ensure proper batch, MRP, expiry, SKU, and quantity controls.
Maintain inventory reports and daily/weekly MIS.
Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and inventory control processes.

Requirements:
Experience in FMCG / E-commerce / Warehouse Operations.
Prior experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management systems.
Robust understanding of SKU, batch, MRP, FIFO/FEFO, GRN, RTV and stock audit processes.
Valuable team-handling and coordination skills.
Ability to identify discrepancies and independently drive closure.
