Experience: 3–5 Years | Full-Time | Work From Office

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations. The candidate should be capable of independently managing core HR activities and handling employee-related matters.

Candidates with less than 3 years of HR Generalist experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Implement and communicate HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Manage onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Prepare HR MIS/reports and maintain confidential employee data.




Work with managers on recruitment requirements and HR-related matters.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
Solid experience in employee relations and grievance handling.
Working knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
Hands-on experience with Payroll and HRMS/HR applications.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PG in HR will be an advantage.

Key: This is an experienced HR Generalist position. Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are not eligible.

Work Location: In Person

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
