We are looking for a Food & Beverage Trainer to provide theory and practical training to candidates under the DDU-GKY skill development program.
Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field
Relevant experience in Food & Beverage Service
Previous training/instructor experience will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Food & Beverage Service theory and practical training
Provide hands-on demonstrations and industry-oriented training
Guide and support trainees throughout the training program
Maintain training records and trainee performance
Prepare candidates for employment in the hospitality industry
Skills Required
Good knowledge of Food & Beverage Service
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Training and presentation skills
Ability to work with and motivate trainees
