Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant/factory.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle.
Manage contract labour/workmen, attendance, shifts, leave and payroll coordination.
Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, etc.
Drive employee engagement, training and welfare initiatives at the plant.
Coordinate with production and other functional teams on manpower and HR requirements.
Maintain HR MIS and plant-level HR reports.
Support performance management and HR policies/process implementation.
Handle audits, inspections and coordination with external/statutory authorities.

Preferred Profile:
Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial/ D2C/ Furniture/ mattress Plant setup.
Robust exposure to IR and labour relations.
Experience managing blue-collar/workmen and contract labour.
Valuable understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Robust communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
