Hotel Receptionist – Hiring

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
Handle reservations, guest queries, and phone calls
Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation
Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
Handle payments and basic billing procedures
Ensure a pleasant and skilled guest experience

Requirements
Candidates who have completed or are pursuing a Hotel Management / Hospitality Management course are preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Ability to work in shifts
Freshers with relevant hotel management qualifications may also apply
