We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented candidates for the position of Immigration Consultant – Telecaller / Visa Counselor. The candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries, counselling prospective customers, explaining visa and immigration services, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients.
Explain Study Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Permit, PR and other immigration services.
Understand client requirements and provide initial visa counselling.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Maintain accurate client and lead records in CRM/Excel.
Schedule appointments and counselling sessions.
Handle client queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the documentation and visa processing team.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.




Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Stay updated with basic visa requirements and immigration procedures.

Requirements:
12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Punjabi.
Confident and professional communication style.
Positive convincing, counselling and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Immigration or Visa Counselling will be an advantage.
