Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Immigration Sales Consultant role based in the Kharadi, Pune.
The Immigration Sales Consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their migration and resettlement requirements, and provide tailored consulting on suitable visa options.
Daily tasks include conducting initial assessments, explaining immigration pathways, preparing proposals, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into successful applications.
The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with internal processing teams,



and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the application lifecycle.
The consultant will also participate in sales initiatives, information sessions, and outreach activities to promote Endurance Immigration’s services.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Sales Consulting skills, including lead generation, needs analysis, and closing.
Candidates should possess Consulting skills focused on immigration solutions, documentation guidance, and process explanation.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage client expectations and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Law, or a related field are beneficial.
Prior experience in immigration services or service-based sales is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and willingness to stay updated on immigration policies and regulations.

Salary ₹25,000–₹35,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
