Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across HR Operations, Recruitment, and Administration, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle onboarding, documentation, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.
Coordinate with payroll and other internal teams for employee-related matters.
Maintain accurate and updated HR documentation and MIS reports.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen profiles, conduct initial discussions, and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.




Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.

Administration
Coordinate with Admin, IT, Finance, and other departments for employee requirements.
Support office administration and employee facilities.
Assist with attendance, access cards, assets, and other administrative activities.
Handle day-to-day employee and office-related coordination.

Required Skills
3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Administration.
Solid knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Good sourcing and recruitment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have worked in IT/ITES, staffing, consulting, or corporate HR settings will be preferred.
