Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personal files, HR databases, and documenta4on.
Support the recruitment process by coordinating job pos4ngs, candidate screening, interview schedules, and candidate communica4on.
Coordinate joining formalities, documenta4on, background verification, induction, and onboarding of recent employees.
Maintain daily attendance, leave records, shift details, overtime, late marks, and absenteeism records.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
