Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist people team in their day to day operations like - Asset management, policies review, employee communication, employee engagement, onboarding and offboarding processes and policies
Manage job postings, candidate applications and review of the same as per hiring manager's requirements
Document day to day operations and processes
Streamline existing operations and processes as per company's policies and goals
Understand business as a whole and project the same with external and internal stakeholders
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with the candidates regarding their application and further process of the hiring
