Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Manage daily attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records.
Conduct employee induction and joining formalities.
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Desired Skills
Valuable knowledge of attendance, payroll, recruitment, and HR documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with workers, supervisors, and management.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor compliance, and factory-related HR practices will be preferred.
Operations & Administration
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Housekeeping ,Maintenance,



Dispatch and other departments.
Monitor manpower availability and arrange manpower as required for production, store, inspection and operations.
Assist management in resolving day-to-day operational and administrative issues.
Support implementation of workplace health, safety, and discipline procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any relevant Field
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
5–8 years of experience in HR/Admin/Operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Age -28 to 40 Years
Prefer-Female Married Candidate
