Role: Human Resources Intern

We’re looking for a sharp, enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team and support hiring across departments. You will work closely with the Founder’s Office and help shape the team that powers EVA’s growth.

Responsibilities
Manage sourcing and end-to-end hiring for multiple roles
Draft and post job descriptions across LinkedIn and other portals
Source candidates through LinkedIn,



job boards, networking & referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls
Coordinate interviews with the Founder/Department Heads
Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment pipelines
Ensure smooth candidate communication and follow-ups
Support onboarding, documentation, and HR operations
Contribute to employer branding initiatives for EVA

Requirements
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Passion for recruitment and building teams
Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced startup workplace
Final-year students or fresh graduates can apply
Prior HR/TA internship experience is a plus, not mandatory
