Job Title: HR Executive & Admin

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience to handle retail HR operations, employee management, recruitment, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have good employee-handling skills and preferably have experience working in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR activities for retail employees.
Manage recruitment, joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and absenteeism.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
Handle employee queries and grievances.
Prepare appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other applicable labour laws.
Maintain statutory registers, records, challans, and other compliance documents.
Coordinate with HR consultants and government authorities when required.
Support labour audits and inspections.




Coordinate with store/operations teams for manpower requirements.
Support employee engagement and retention activities.
Ensure smooth HR operations across retail stores and locations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or other non-IT industries.
Prior experience with PagarBook HRMS will be an added advantage
Experience in handling retail employees and store-level HR activities.
Positive knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Valuable knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages.
Good communication and employee-handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS.
Valuable coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR activities.
