Qualifications
Robust skills in IT infrastructure and systems management, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and endpoint management.
Proficiency in information security practices, data protection, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001.
Experience with enterprise applications, database management,



and integration of tools supporting clinical or supply chain operations.
Ability to manage IT projects, vendors, and budgets, with experience in planning, implementation, and risk management.
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a service-oriented approach to supporting internal users.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP, cloud platform certifications) are beneficial.
Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is an advantage, especially working within ISO-certified settings.
