Job Summary

SRR Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with solid expertise in infrastructure and construction recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions for civil construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure, civil construction, commercial and residential building projects.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Handle recruitment for Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, Senior Engineers, Project Managers, QS & Billing Engineers, MEP Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and other construction-related positions.
Understand project requirements, job descriptions, experience criteria, and site locations.
Screen resumes based on relevant construction experience, technical skills, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
Coordinate with project teams, HODs, and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
Conduct initial HR screening and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.




Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Coordinate salary negotiations, offer releases, and candidate joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status reports, and daily/weekly hiring updates.
Support onboarding coordination and joining formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
4–8 years of experience in HR recruitment, specifically in infrastructure or construction.
Strong knowledge of civil construction and building project recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms.
Positive communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
Solid coordination skills with site teams and project management teams.

Candidate Preference
Candidates with recruitment experience in infrastructure, construction, residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects only.
Immediate to 15 days' notice period preferred.
