Role: Head of Operations

About the Role

Per4mance Guru is a fast-growing, AI-native performance marketing agency serving brands across India, UAE, and the US. We're hiring a Head of Operations to build and own the operating system of the agency — SOPs, KPIs, automation, and accountability — so that every function runs on process, not tribal knowledge.

What You'll Own

- Design, document, and maintain SOPs across every core function: client onboarding, campaign QA, reporting, escalations, and internal workflows
- Build and own KPI dashboards that track adherence and output across teams
- Set up automation for repetitive internal workflows (n8n, GHL, or similar tools)
- Own the onboarding framework — new hires reach independent execution within 7–10 days
- Run regular accountability check-ins across teams — without owning campaign strategy or execution
- Spot process gaps before they become client-facing problems
- Evaluate and implement internal tooling that reduces manual work





What This Role Does NOT Do

- Client calls or campaign strategy/execution (stays with the performance team)
- Hiring/firing decisions, unless explicitly delegated

Who You Are

- 1-3+ years in operations, project management, or business systems — agency background required (must)
- Have set up or scaled systems from scratch, ideally in a fast-moving, multi-client environment
- Strong bias toward documentation and repeatability, not just getting things done once
- Comfortable with automation and dashboard tools (n8n, Zapier, GHL, Notion, Power BI/Sheets)
- Data-literate, process-obsessed, comfortable holding others accountable

Success in 90 Days Every core function has a documented SOP, a live KPI dashboard is running, and a new hire can go from day one to independent execution in under 10 days.

- Work Setup: Full time, in-office daily at PG's Delhi office (Gujaranwala Town).
