NRoles and Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on configuration and setup in Oracle HCM Cloud across assigned modules and business processes.
N
Design and support techno-functional solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications.
N
Build and maintain system interfaces, extracts, and API-based integrations with internal and external systems.
N
Resolve user issues andsystem defects, and support Oracle SRs, product enhancements, and quarterly updates.
N
Analyze business process gaps and recommend improvements to system design, controls, and operational efficiency.
N

nSkills Required:

N

n
5+ years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience,



with 6+ years of overall technology or industry experience preferred.
N
Solid Oracle HCM Cloudconfiguration experience across core HR, compensation, and talent-related processes.
N
Hands-on experience with Redwood, Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service, HCM Design Studio, Flexfields, Rapid Formulas, and HDL.
N
Experience with HCM system extracts, API connectors, reporting, and analytics in an Oracle Cloud setting.
N
Ability to support integrations, troubleshoot defects, and work through platform updates and enhancement requests.

nGood to Have:

Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
N
Exposure to Oracle AI concepts.
N

nEducation: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
