RCLASHERS Media is hiring an Influencer Marketing & Talent Management Intern to support creator partnerships, campaign execution, and talent management operations. Key Responsibilities
Identify and research influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Connect with creators via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DM for onboarding and collaborations.
Coordinate with creators for campaign briefs, content approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage creator relationships and support exclusive talent management.
Maintain campaign trackers, creator CRM, and onboarding records.
Assist the team in executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Requirements
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Interest in influencer marketing, talent management, and digital content.
Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and creator collaborations is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
