PROJECT ENGINEER INTERIOR FIT-OUT

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Engineer with an Interior Fit-Out background to manage site execution and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise interior project execution at site.
Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the factory and procurement team for timely material delivery.
Check measurements, quantities, and quality of work.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely solutions.
Ensure project schedules and deadlines are maintained.




Monitor manpower and subcontractor activities at site.
Ensure proper safety practices and maintain site discipline.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and report project updates regularly.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Interior Projects.
Valuable knowledge of site execution, drawings, measurements, and materials.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle site teams and multiple activities.
Willingness to travel to project sites within Chennai.
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
