Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior technical, project execution, and plant-level roles.

Source specialized talent using job boards, skilled networks, industry referrals, and site-level headhunting.

Partner with project heads and department managers to forecast site-level workforce requirements and maintain a steady hiring pipeline.

Manage screening, interviews, salary benchmarking, offer rollouts, and onboardings.

Requirements

Proven track record of recruiting within infrastructure, civil contracting, or large-scale EPC firms.

Solid grasp of project-level technical designations and regional talent availability.

Excellent candidate engagement, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
