Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Rajkot and intended for freshers who are residents of Gujarat. The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

The role involves helping with employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record-keeping to ensure compliance with company policies. The HR Executive will also support attendance and leave management, basic payroll coordination,



and HR-related communication with team members. The position offers exposure to core HR functions, enabling candidates to build foundational skills in human resource management within the financial services sector.

Qualifications
Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and management.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling records and documentation.
Comfort with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn HR software or systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Readiness to work on-site in Rajkot and eligibility as a candidate from Gujarat.
