PROJECT ENGINEER – RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Pre-Execution Phase
Review and understand the Purchase Order (PO) thoroughly
Conduct site visits and take actual measurements
Prepare Material Requirement (MR) List
Assist in pre-planning and scheduling
Support Design Qualification (DQ) preparation
Coordinate with Project Coordinator for execution planning

2.2 Procurement & Inspection
Follow up with Production and Stores for MR and fabrication materials
Perform supplier inspections (AHU & ducting)
Ensure material inspection before dispatch
Submit inspection reports within 2 hours for corrective action

2.3 Site Execution
Arrange material unloading and verification at site
Ensure availability of materials before starting work
Coordinate with contractors and provide drawing clarifications
Monitor installation activities and timelines
Ensure proper resource planning (labour, tools, logistics)
Arrange boarding & lodging for contractors
Communicate regularly with customer representatives

2.4 Monitoring & Reporting
Submit daily work status reports to Project Coordinator & Management
Maintain all site documents, including:
Drawings
MR List
Schedules




PO/WO (Contractor) copies
Commissioning reports
Conduct site meetings with contractors
Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedule

2.5 Quality & Compliance
Prepare Installation Qualification (IQ) documents
Ensure compliance with project specifications
Report any material shortages to stores
Obtain customer acknowledgment (DC signature) for delivered materials

2.6 Project Closure
Coordinate for Project Handover
Project status report send to validation team 4days before for testing
Support Performance Qualification (PQ) with validation team
Submit all reports to customer post-handover
Provide actual quantity details for billing
Collect installation reports from contractors
Return excess materials to stores

2.7 Administrative Responsibilities
Weekly advance settlement
Arrange travel (ticket booking) for outstation projects
Submit improvement and project analysis reports
Participate in internal meetings and corrective actions

Pay: ₹10,965.18 - ₹37,743.31 per month
