Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research relevant influencers across social media platforms.
Reach out to creators and pitch them for onboarding with the agency.
Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers.
Coordinate with creators for campaigns, deliverables, and brand requirements.
Maintain updated creator databases and onboarding records.
Track creator performance, content traction, and brand collaborations.
Support the team in matching creators with relevant brand campaigns.

Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube & the creator ecosystem.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
Positive research and relationship-building skills.
Fresher graduates with a keen interest in influencer marketing are welcome.
