: We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, and support order conversion for our industrial valve and automation product range.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and technical specifications
Handle RFQs and prepare techno-commercial quotations
Follow up for approvals and support order conversion
Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams
Maintain quotation and order data in ERP/SAP systems
Provide technical clarification and support to clients
Qualifications:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation) or related field
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Quotation roles
Knowledge of valves / automation preferred
Valuable communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
