Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding current hires.
Payroll Management: Process company payroll and coordinate employee benefits administration.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work workplace.
HR Operations: Oversee HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR activities.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Plan and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Compensation & Benefits: Assist in structuring compensation, advantages, appraisals, and promotion processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
