Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Employee Management
Handle employee onboarding, induction, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
Address employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Maintain proper HR documentation and confidentiality.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, and absenteeism.
Coordinate monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
Maintain leave and attendance records.
Support salary processing and resolve employee payroll-related queries.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR policies, SOPs,
and employee documentation.
Assist with PF, ESI, UAN, labour-law compliance, and statutory documentation.
Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports.
Ensure timely updating of employee information in HRMS/ERP systems.
Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, corporate, or other organized sectors will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of recruitment, attendance, employee documentation, and basic HR operations.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive command of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/ERP software.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
