Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, documentation, payroll coordination and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and candidate follow-up.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance and leave data.
Coordinate with the payroll team and provide necessary payroll inputs.
Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, letters and reports.
Address routine employee queries and HR-related concerns.
Support implementation and communication of company HR policies and procedures.
Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure employee records are updated.
Coordinate various employee engagement and HR activities.
Assist the management/HR team with other day-to-day HR operations as required.

Required Candidate Profile
Postgraduate in HR or a relevant field.




2–4 years of experience in HR Executive / HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management and employee documentation.
Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory HR documentation.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and HRMS.
Solid communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
Candidates who can commute to Malad, Mumbai are preferred.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability.
