HR Recruiter Intern

Duration: 3 months | Type: Full time Internship | Shift Hrs: 9

About: Support our Talent Acquisition team across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Schedule interviews and manage the ATS
Post job openings; support onboarding
Draft offer letters, rejections, interview confirmations
Assist with campus drives/job fairs and employer branding content
Track recruitment metrics

Requirements:
Pursuing/recently completed degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related
Solid communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information

Nice to have: Prior HR internship, ATS familiarity (KekaHR), knowledge of labor laws Perks: Mentorship, full recruitment lifecycle exposure, certificate/recommendation, potential full time conversion
