Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.
Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities.
Communicate with candidates professionally through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Assist with joining formalities and basic HR documentation.
Learn and support other HR activities as assigned by the HR team.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
