Line Clearance: Inspects equipment and production areas before a current batch starts to verify they are clean and free of remnants from previous products, preventing cross-contamination.Real-Time Monitoring: Oversees critical process parameters (CPPs) like temperature, pressure, humidity, and mixing speed on the shop floor.In-Process Checks & Sampling: Collects and tests samples or supervises checks (such as tablet hardness, weight variation, and pH) during production.Documentation Oversight: Reviews Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) as work happens to verify data accuracy.
