Supervise and coordinate day-to-day ICU operations.
Ensure proper patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
Manage and guide ICU nursing and support staff.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staff coverage.
Monitor compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
Ensure proper documentation, records, and handover procedures.
Coordinate with consultants, doctors, nurses, and other departments.
Monitor availability and proper functioning of ICU equipment and supplies.
Handle emergencies and escalate critical issues to the appropriate authority.
Conduct staff training and ensure compliance with hospital standards.
Support NABH and other quality/compliance requirements.
Report operational issues and staff concerns to management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
