Oversee delivery teams e.g.

Product Managers

Analysts to ensure high-quality outputs
Ensure alignment with DA standards governance and data quality frameworks
Drive adoption and embedding of analytics solutions within HR and the wider business
Monitor performance and impact of analytics products ensuring continuous improvement

Requirements
Significant experience in HR analytics data analytics or related roles
Strong understanding of HR processes and data e.g. talent performance workforce planning
Experience leading teams and delivering analytics or data products
Experience working with senior stakeholders in a business-facing role
Solid understanding of DA environments and delivery models
Robust understanding of analytics reporting and data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with HR systems and data e.g Workday SuccessFactors
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels




Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
Robust leadership and team management capabilities
Strategic thinking with a focus on value creation
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a complex environment
Own prioritisation and roadmap for HR analytics initiatives aligned to business strategy
Partner with senior HR stakeholders to understand needs and shape analytics solutions
Translate business challenges into data and analytics opportunities and actionable insights
