Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of current hires.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, cover letters, and conduct first-round interviews for non-technical positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract top candidates.
