HR Manager – HR & Administration
Experience: 8–12 Years | Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR
Handle end-to-end HR & Admin operations across multiple locations.
Manage Recruitment, Manpower Planning & Employee Lifecycle.
Oversee Payroll, Attendance, PMS, Training & Employee Engagement.
Ensure Labour Law, PF, ESI & Statutory Compliance.
Handle Employee Relations, Grievances, IR & Disciplinary Matters.
Manage HRMS, MIS, HR Analytics & HR Documentation.
Lead HR/Admin team and coordinate Branch HR & Administration.
Ensure Mahindra Mile standards & audit compliance.
Location- Jagadalpur Chhattisgarh Interested candidates willing to relocate to Jagdalpur can submit their resume.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
