JD: HR Manager We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and streamline HR operations in our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will bring 12 to 20 years of progressive HR experience, encompassing HR Operations, HR Generalist duties, HR Business Partnering, and HR Administration. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive people initiatives, ensure compliance, and support business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations, ensuring effective processes for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to business units, translating business goals into HR strategies and initiatives.
Oversee HR Generalist functions, including policy implementation, employee communications,



and day‑to‑day HR support.
Manage HR Administration tasks such as payroll coordination, advantages administration, and HRIS data integrity.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on performance, succession planning, and employee development.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.

Requirements
12 to 20 years of progressive HR experience in a managerial capacity.
Proven expertise in HR Operations, HR Generalist, HR Business Partnering, and HR Administration.
Robust understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior leadership.
Strategic mindset with a track record of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
