Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-energy, customer-obsessed Sales Representative to drive the adoption of GCP cloud services across a portfolio of small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) or Digital Native Businesses (Startups). You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying new prospects to closing deals and ensuring long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, industry networking, and lead follow-up.
Account Management: Manage a territory of accounts, helping them scale their infrastructure using GCP services. (Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML).
Value Proposition: Articulate complex cloud concepts into easy, business-oriented value propositions for C-suite executives and IT heads.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM and provide accurate monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts.
Collaboration: Work closely with GCP Solutions Architects to design technical solutions and to expand market reach.
Customer Advocacy:



Act as the "voice of the customer" back to the product and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development (preferably in SaaS, IT Services, or Cloud).
Education: Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA or a degree in Computer Science/Engineering is a significant advantage.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; fluency in Hindi or Marathi is a plus for the local Pune/Maharashtra market.
Technical Literacy: A foundational understanding of cloud computing (e.g., Cloud Digital Leader, Cloud Sales Credentials level knowledge).

Preferred Skills:
Certification: Cloud Digital Leader, Cloud Sales Credentials.
Tools: , LinkedIn Sales Navigator other CRM.
Mindset: A "self-starter" attitude with the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, ambiguous workplace
