We are hiring for multiple BPO processes across Delhi NCR for Customer Support, Voice, Non-Voice, and other international/domestic processes. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate solutions, maintaining service quality, and meeting process-specific performance targets. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, chats, or emails as per the assigned process.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions. Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards. Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality parameters.
Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets. Maintain proper records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
