HR Manager

Experience: 3–6 years of experience in relevant roles

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Handle employee relations and HR queries
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records
Support performance management and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
Manage HR documentation and reporting
Support training and development initiatives

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
3–6 years of relevant HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable knowledge of HR practices and labour compliance
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
Strong leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills

Preferred Background
IT / Technology Industry HR Experience
Experience in HR Generalist / HR Manager roles, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition,



Employee Relations & HR Operations, handling HR policies, compliance & documentation, Performance Management & Employee Engagement, working with growing / mid-sized organisations.

Qualification & Experience
Any Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
3–6 years of experience in HR roles.
