Key Responsibilities:
Monitor store CCTV footage on a daily basis and report any irregularities or technical issues to the concerned teams.
Provide backend IT support for store systems, POS terminals, and internal software applications.
Log, track, and follow up on IT issues and store maintenance concerns until resolution.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing, troubleshooting, and replacement whenever required.
Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure across stores, including routers, switches, internet connectivity, and related equipment.
Conduct regular system health checks and maintain issue logs, maintenance records, and IT-related reports.
Provide remote or on-site troubleshooting support for minor IT, system, networking, and electrical issues.
Coordinate with store teams and relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.




Perform any other IT-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Freshers or candidates with relevant IT support experience may apply.
Basic knowledge of CCTV, POS systems, networking, routers, switches, internet connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel to stores for in office technical support, whenever required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
