Job Title: International Customer Care Representative
Location: Vashi (Near Railway Station)
Working Hours: Monthly rotational shifts
11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
5:30 PM – 12:30 AM
About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to support international B2B clients and provide top-quality service.
Key Duties:
Handle inbound and outbound communication with global clients
Provide support through calls, emails, and chat
Resolve complaints in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
