Accelon Technologies, an SAP Gold Partner, is expanding its international sales team and looking for an experienced International Sales / Business Development professional to drive growth across the USA and global markets.

Role & responsibilities :
Drive B2B sales across the USA and international markets
Identify and qualify recent business opportunities
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other channels
Conduct discovery calls, product presentations and online demos
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business owners and decision-makers
Work with prospects to understand their ERP and business transformation requirements
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Collaborate with pre-sales and consulting teams to deliver effective solutions

Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience in international B2B sales
Experience selling to USA / North America / international customers




Robust experience in lead generation, cold calling and outbound sales
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Comfortable interacting with CXO-level decision-makers
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management
IT / SaaS / ERP / Technology sales experience will be an advantage
Ability to work according to USA business hours The role will follow a hybrid working schedule. For the initial 6 months, the shift timings will be:
1:00 PM 6:30 PM: Work from office
8:00 PM – 2:00 AM: Work from home
