Day-to-day supervision of assigned field teams.
Allocation and monitoring of meter reading and meter replacement jobs.
Planning daily routes and ensuring optimum utilization of field manpower.
Pre-verification of consumer and meter details before field activity.
Supervision of meter replacement as per approved procedure.
Verification of old/current meter numbers, readings and meter condition.
Verification of photographs, GPS and job completion records.
Monitoring of meter replacement material and tools at field level.
Handling of consumer coordination and field-level issues.
Monitoring of pending, failed, inaccessible and rescheduled jobs.
Follow-up with field personnel for closure of pending activities.




Monitoring of daily attendance and field productivity.
Ensuring proper use of mobile applications and field reporting systems.
Supporting revenue collection and other commercial field activities as assigned.
Ensuring compliance with safety and work procedures.
Maintaining proper field records and documentation.
Submission of daily field reports/MIS.
Escalation of unresolved technical, consumer or operational issues.
