Experience Requirement:
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
Experience in handling quality issues from identification through root-cause analysis and closure.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving quality improvement projects.
Experience with audits, customer complaints, CAPA, and quality documentation.

Role & responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with defined quality requirements and specifications.
Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, reports, and records.
Analyze identify areas for improvement.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, rejection, and customer complaints.
Conduct inspections and ensure proper implementation of quality control plans.
Train employees on quality, standards, and best practices.
Lead or participate in improvement methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, PDCA, and Kaizen.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in metallurgy.
Certification in Quality Management, Six Sigma, Internal Auditor, or Lead Auditor is an advantage.
Experience with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and Pareto analysis is preferred.
