Job location:- Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project requirements.
Collection of vendor quotations as per the approved BOQ and specifications.
Rate negotiation with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and commercial terms.
Preparation of Comparative Statements (CS) for evaluating vendor quotations.
Preparation of Consolidated Statements for management review and approval.
Follow-up with clients for NFA (Note for Approval) and timely approval of procurement proposals.
Working knowledge of SAP for procurement and related transactions.
Preparation and issuance of Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
Follow-up with vendors for material supply, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.
Coordination with the Accounts/Finance team for vendor payments and resolution of payment-related queries.
