EIBO Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and skilled Java Trainer who can train students and professionals in Java programming and help them build strong practical and industry-oriented development skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Java.
Teach Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, and Java 8+ features.
Explain programming concepts through practical examples and real-world projects.
Design assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.
Guide students in developing Java-based projects.
Help students improve their problem-solving and programming skills.
Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions.
Prepare students for technical interviews and placement opportunities.
Keep training content aligned with current industry requirements.
Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.





Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
Good understanding of OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, and SQL.
Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate will be an added advantage.
Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and practical manner.
Prior experience in teaching or training students is preferred.

Eligibility
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
12 years of relevant experience in Java development or training.
Freshers with robust Java knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
