Key responsibilities
Own the corporate website and all project microsites - content, performance, UI, UX, and MahaRERA compliance
Manage SEO, AEO and content optimisation to grow organic visibility and organic lead volume, using site speed, mobile experience and conversion-rate optimisation.
Build & Manage content that supports consideration cycle - locality guides, construction updates, home-loan and stamp-duty explainers etc.
Own website analytics, conversion tracking, and funnel reporting.
Integrate, administer and optimize CRM like SFDC and other platforms. Execute API integrations integrating with property portals and other platforms as required.
Build and maintain marketing automations.

What we're looking for
Relevant experience in Website management, Marketing technology and CRM
Hands-on Salesforce experience preferred
Valuable understanding of SEO, Web analytics and Marketing technology
Real estate experience preferred, not mandator
